A resident of the Chelyabensk region was detained on charges of rehabilitation of Nazism

A resident of the city of Korkino, Chelyabinsk region, suspected of rehabilitating Nazism using the Internet, was detained by officers of the regional department of the Russian FSB, reports TASS.

According to FSB officers, the suspect posted information materials on the Internet that approved the activities of criminal groups convicted by the International Military Tribunal.

A criminal case was initiated under Part 2 of Art. 354.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which provides for up to five years in prison and a fine of up to five million rubles.
